Ensure the Camera Modules are powered off when connecting or disconnecting them to prevent ESD events. This can be done either by unplugging the HDK Base Unit or by using a command. If unplugging the unit, make sure the LED Power Indicator is off.
There are two sides to the Fakra Demater, one for the Base Unit and one for the Camera Modules.
Press down with the Demater to release the Fakra connector and disconnect.

Then rotate to the front.
The Sol3 HDK Base Unit supports streaming from up to six cameras simultaneously, with the capacity to connect up to twelve.
For every camera pair (yellow/blue, shown below), only one camera can be streaming at a time.

For example: Cameras 1, 4, 5, 8, 10, and 12 can stream simultaneously.
Example #2
Cameras 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, and 12 cannot stream simultaneously.
*There is a known issue where the LED light on some units does not turn on. This will be resolved in the next OTA update.
HDK Camera Modules are provided focused to infinity.
Adjusting Focus
The IMX565 C-Mount Camera Lens has two set screws.
After you unscrew a set screw, you can twist the corresponding adjustment ring.
Tighten the set screws to set the focus or F-stop.
Unscrewing the Lens
To unscrew the lens, grip the Lens Removal Grip Ring and twist counter clockwise. It may be a tight fit.

Adjusting Focus
The IMX577 S-Mount Camera Lens has a Lock Ring used for setting the focus.
First, unlock the Lock Ring.
Then, rotate the Lens to achieve the desired focal length.
Finally, lock the Lock Ring.
Unscrewing the Lens
First, unlock the Lock Ring.
Then, simply unscrew the Lens.
